Deborah Yabsley/ Working as a Buyers Agent and Personal Assistant to Katherina Kostrzak-Adams.   

Providing exceptional customer service to all of Katherina’s clients, Deborah works tirelessly behind the scenes and in the office, promptly returning emails, responding to and processing buyer enquiry.  She also keeps both buyers and vendors fully informed at each stage of the transaction, ensuring that every sale runs as smoothly as possible from start to finish.

One of the most enjoyable aspects of Deborah’s job is presenting excited new buyers with their keys and watching their surprised faces when they see the front door to their new home wrapped in a big yellow bow!  Deborah also enjoys making up gift baskets for Katherina’s clients, filled with individually wrapped bottles of champagne and other goodies. 

Deborah can be seen welcoming buyers at open homes, attending pest and building inspections, photo shoots and going the extra mile to make sure a property is presented at its very best.  Her upbeat personality and happy smile will make you realize what an important part she plays in Katherina’s team and is the back bone to their success within the area.
